SlimFit Sustainable Weight Loss, LLC is a remote coaching service designed for busy, career-driven women who are ready to lose stubborn fat, stop yo-yo dieting, and finally feel in control of their bodies...without restriction, burnout, or confusion.
Founded by me, Brooke Schwab, an online fat loss and metabolism coach, MAT & Reformer certified Pilates instructor, group fitness coach, former Division 1 athlete, and bodybuilding competitor, SlimFit was built from both professional expertise and real personal experience.
After going through my own journey of feeling stuck, frustrated, and doing “everything right” without seeing results, I developed a structured, realistic approach that actually works for women with full schedules and real lives.
SlimFit specializes in helping women break free from binge cycles, emotional eating, and restrictive dieting so they can become confident, energized, and consistent. Without giving up their social life or starting over every Monday.

New low on the scale!!! And getting back into my routine. Being apart of this group has made me consistent even when other areas of my life are in flux. So great to be held accountable and find stability through working out.

Very proud of myself for staying consistent even throughout the holidays. I’ve found a good balance of enjoying myself around family with holiday foods and drinks, but also staying within my portion sizes.
